There for One Another

,
It's Tuesday, and a blessed and happy day I pray. So today certain circumstances and events forced my hubby to look at life from my perspective which caused him to have a change of heart concerning certain things that I've been voicing.  Sorry for the vague description, just trying to bring a point across without airing all my laundry, lol.

Anyways, seeing things from a different perspective allowed him to have a different opinion and a different understanding. See sometimes it's so easy to judge and say what coulda, shoulda, woulda been done if we were in a certain predicament. But the truth of the matter is that we never know unless we've been in the other persons shoes.

Particularly in the church, it's so sad to see people leave because they feel judged rather than accepted with arms wide open regardless of their circumstances. I'm not saying it's everywhere or everyone, but it's definitely more common that it should it be.

Life is hard as it is without judgment being cast, so lets work on building each other up instead of tearing each other down. The saying "it takes a village" isn't only true for kids, cause we all need support and help from our community, our neighbours, our church. There's no such thing as 'I can do it all on my own". No, at the very least you need a praying 'mother' who will stand in the gap for you in the spiritual battle taking place every day.

None of us are perfect, so don't presume that somebody else's troubles could or would never find its way to your door step. It just might, only to give you a slice of humble pie. So tonight when you go to bed, pray for that sister, pray for that brother, rather than gossiping about them. We can and need to do better.

Today's Take Away Thought: "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective" (James 5:16).

Bless & Love Y'all!

Stay Pretty & Precious,
Peace
