The message that came to me through this song relates to the power of woman. We women truly have power if you think about it. The saying "behind every powerful man is a powerful woman" holds true in every sense. I think though that a lot of women are powerful for others' benefit other than their own. We're nurturers by nature, mothers, wives, sisters etc. It's high time and important that we put the same emphasis and effort into our own happiness and success.
Take no prisoners when you're chasing your dreams. Don't apologize for being ambitious, and don't let any opposition get in your way. Think about fire, it burns down anything in it's way. Now obviously as women we can be ambitious without being ruthless. It's not a matter of kill or be killed, and besides, you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, so never let poise and class be far from you. Be positive, speak positive, and know that you can do anything as you step out and claim what's yours. And if you want do it in a nice pair of heels, go for it!
