There are so many distractions in this world, demanding our attention, tearing us from our focus, and anything really to ensure that you don't live up to your full potential and that you don't succeed in your endeavours.
I basically learned that we have to limit these distractions and focus on what's important. A lil story for you.. When I was a kid my mom limited our (me and my sister) TV time to an hour (or 2, can't remember) a day!! Now for a teen who could, and wanted to watch TV for at least 4-5 hours a day, this was torturous. This isn't because our grades where failing or we were on punishment. This was simply what my mom deemed more than sufficient and she felt we could read our bibles or do something else more productive with our spare time.

Fast forward to today, I barely watch TV. Now for someone like me, it's a big change. I just found that as my interest grew in other areas of my life, and only having a certain amount of time for research, to read, to write, for family, house work etc, I didn't have the time for as much TV. I'd miss one episode here, another here. Next thing, I'm not watching it at all. And better yet, I don't want to.
There's nothing wrong with TV, however if you're spending half the day watching it, the other half at work, when will you have time to write that business plan? Starting a business may not be for you, but how about dedicating time to your passion? (And don't tell me TV is it, lol). Every craft needs to be cultivated. It needs to grow. How can you discover your full potential if you never live up to it?
Today take the time to ponder on what's really important and what you need to do, give up, invest, in order to take you to the next level. Prayer is only half of it. You actually have to put in work and effort for your vision to come to pass. Be encouraged.

its so easy to get caught up with doing nothing. when we (my self) can be doing greater things. what sucks is when u do focus on what you want to do. you don't know where to start....
